How do payments work?
We confirm every journey personally before any payment. A deposit (typically 20%) reserves your place via a secure Stripe link that accepts all major international cards; the balance is due 30 days before departure. No card details ever touch our site.
Can I customize a tour?
Yes — that is the default, not the exception. Every itinerary on this site is a proven route you can adjust: change cities, add experiences, slow the pace. Private departures for couples, families, and small friend-groups are our most common booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are refundable minus a small admin fee up to 45 days before departure; after that, refunds depend on booked suppliers. Full terms are stated in writing with every confirmation, and we always try to rebook rather than cancel when plans shift.
Will my guide speak English?
All our guides are local, licensed, and fluent English speakers — many have lived or studied abroad and all are chosen for the conversations, not just the commentary. Russian and Arabic speaking guides are available on request.
Are the wellness experiences medical treatment?
No. Our wellness experiences are cultural and restorative introductions to traditional Chinese practices — consultations with licensed practitioners, tuina bodywork, qigong, hot springs. We make no medical claims, and we never replace your own doctor's advice.
What about visas and entry?
Most travelers now enter visa-free for up to 240 hours in transit (see our guide), and standard tourist visas are straightforward where needed. We check your specific situation during planning and provide the documents suppliers require.
